We focus exclusively on representing clients in family and matrimonial law cases. We represent and serve clients locally, nationally, and internationally on all aspects of family/matrimonial law including divorce, collaborative divorce/mediation, custody (or, what we know in Colorado as allocation of parental responsibilities), Hague Convention international child abduction cases, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation and domestic partnership agreements and adoptions/guardianships.

We recognize that almost any involvement with the legal system in a family/matrimonial law case has an emotional and financial cost to those involved. We strive, therefore, to ensure that we represent our clients diligently, ethically, and at a fair value to the client. We serve all segments of our community, from young working families to established couples with a larger financial stake in the outcome of their case. One of our local judges here in Colorado Springs regularly tells parties that appear before him in family law and divorce cases that - in almost every circumstance - the parties’ ability to be the masters of the outcome of their case is far better than the judge deciding their case for them. We strive, therefore, to resolve your case in a way that will allow you to have control over the outcome. We are trained in Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, and Settlement Conferences and we first utilize those tools as case resolution methods before resorting to the traditional courtroom litigation method.

We seek to give back to our community by serving on boards, teaching, and presenting seminars. Vince has spoken at a number of seminars, both locally and nationally, on subjects such as prenuptial agreements, long distance parenting, international child abduction cases and grandparent visitation rights.
